Thank you so much for your unique and exquisite jewelry order. We take pride in our products and are grateful that you have trusted us for your accessory needs. We personally inspect each piece and stand on the high-quality of our collection. 

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include your order number and order summary. At that time, you will be unable to make any changes or edits to your order. 

We accept various forms of payments including:

• Major debit and/or credit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal

Our payments are processed through Godaddy payments which offer fast and secure payment options.

• We do not accept any returns or exchanges of jewelry at this time.
• All sales are final.

If when you receive your package your merchandise is *damaged you must submit proof of any claims of damage for review (photos and/or videos). Damage claims must be submitted within 2 business days of package delivery. 

*Damage

• Damage is defined as the mishandling of your package under the possession of the package carrier resulting in significant wear/deficiency to the parcel packaging and product.

Claim Approved

• If your claim is approved and determined to be damaged caused by mishandling, Beautifully Created will work with you to replace your order. You must return your damaged product(s) and once received we will replace your order with the same item(s). We will offer complimentary reshipping for the first damage claim. Future damage claims will be subject to a $9.95 reshipping fee.

Our orders are shipped with the United States Postal service mail service. 

• We offer USPS Ground shipping, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express.
• Shipping charges are pre-determined by the USPS postal mail carrier.
• A shipping confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• We currently ship within the Continental U.S. Only at this time. 
• We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur with the US Postal service

Beautifully Created is NOT responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.  You must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

• At this time, Jewelry Parties are only offered to local Lexington, KY clients.
• Clients provide the location and guests and we provide the Be.YOU.tiful jewelry from our exquisite collection.
• If interested, please complete the Interest form on the Party page
• Please allow at least a 14 day advance notice of your preferred date.
• Earn FREE jewelry. For every 5 items sold, you will receive a $5.00 credit.
